Please read the Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services offered by Code Race™. By using the services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand all of the Terms of Service of this Agreement and agree to be bound by and comply with this Agreement which is a contract between you and Code Race™. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the bottom of this page the date these terms were last revised. We will also notify you through an email notification or through other reasonable means.
One-Time Registration
By purchasing and registering for a paid contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Contest Schedule: The contest will take place on the selected date and time.
- Contest Details: The registration fee applies only to the selected contest on that specific date.
- Non-transferable: Contest registration is non-transferable and applies only to the student designated at the time of purchase.
- Expiration: Missed contests will expire at the end of the contest period. They cannot be carried over to future contests or rescheduled.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Our priority is to provide a positive experience for both students and parents. If we fall short of your expectations, please let us know so we can address the issue promptly. Please note that refunds are not available for contests that have been registered and paid for, even if you need to cancel or miss the contest.

By using our services or otherwise registering for an account and providing us with your email address, you agree to receive informational and transactional-related alerts and communications via email related to your account or the services for which you are enrolled.
Electronic Communications
By registering for our services and providing us with your email address, you agree to receive electronic communications, including for marketing or other promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure, or other communication electronically sent by us to the email address you provide satisfies any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing. You can unsubscribe at any time from our mailing list after receiving the first email from Code Race™.
